Everyone loves a floor plan

Pretty much the first thing Jon and I would check when viewing properties to buy on Right Move, was the floor plan.

We had a rough criteria: 2 bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, and a kitchen and attic with potential. Number 13 ticked all the boxes.

After carrying out the building survey, we realised a lot more ‘behind the scenes’ work would be needed, but hopefully all still doable within our budget:

• Attic conversion

• Knock down the wall between the existing kitchen and dining room

• Add a Bi-Fold door that leads to the garden

• Add a downstairs toilet

• Knock down the lean-to

• Replace the floorboards

• Treat the rising damp

• Bathroom refit

• Electrical rewire

• Redecorating

• Garden landscaping

So…yeh…fair bit of work required!
